OVERVIEW

Offerdispose (“offerdispose,” “us,” or “we”) respects the privacy of users of offerdispose’s website www.offerdispose.com and its related services, including the offerdispose platform and Affiliate Program (the “Website”) and the Offerdispose Mobile Application (if available) and its services (the “Application”) (collectively the Website and the Application are referred to as the “Services”). The following privacy policy (the “Policy”) tells you about the information that offerdispose collects through the Services and how Offerdispose may use or disclose that collected information.

By accessing the Services, continuing to access the Services, purchasing any products or services through the Services, downloading and/or using the Application, or submitting any information through the Services, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this Policy, as modified from time to time by us, as described below. Your use of the Services is also governed by the Terms of Service, and may be governed by the Affiliate Agreement or Seller Agreement, all of which are expressly incorporated into this Policy.

Sellers, affiliates, advertiser and users may collect information from or about other sellers, affiliates, or users outside of the Services. A seller’s, affiliate’s, or user’s collection, use, and disclosure of information will be governed by their own privacy policy.

II. UPDATES

Offerdispose reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time and will post any revised Policy on this page. You will know we have changed the Policy when you see a new updated date at the top of this Policy. Offerdispose will not notify the Services’ users of any such changes by email or other personal contact. III. INFORMATION COLLECTION

Age Restriction. Offerdispose does not intend to use the Services to collect any information from children under age 18. By submitting any information through the Services, you represent and warrant that you are older than age 18.

Passive Information Collection. Offerdispose may also collect passive information about your device, visit, or use of the Services, including, but not limited to, the date and time of your visit, the length of your visit, the specific webpages you visited, your IP address, the type of web browser and operating system used, the address of any website that directed you to the Services, and information about your mobile device used to access the Services (including phone number, operating system details, and any applicable unique identifiers for you or your device, including your devices’ Unique Device Identifier (UDID), any Apple or iOS identifiers (e.g., IDFA or an Advertising Identifier), any Google or Android identifiers (e.g., Android or Google Advertising ID), any Windows identifiers (e.g., Windows Advertising ID), or any other similar identifiers which identify you or your device). Offerdispose may collect and aggregate usage information related to your use of the Services.

Comments. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION.

1. Our servers automatically recognize information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website, which may include information such as the domain names and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of visitors to the Site, as well as the browser type and the date and time of the browser’s access to the Site. No Personal Data about you is revealed in this process and we generally treat information collected by such process as non-personal data. However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered Personal Data by applicable law, we treat these identifiers as Personal Data.
2. The Site may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.
3. Aarki uses services to capture session usage of some areas of the site to assist with Customer troubleshooting and learn about Customer usage of the Site to help us make decisions about product improvements. Session captures are limited to select areas of the Aarki site only and do not record any other browser or computer activity. As part of session information we collect account, IP, and browser and operating system data. We do not capture any password inputs.

COMMUNICATIONS. When you send email or other communications to offerdispose, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
